Since I was very late on this one, I wanted to be sure it got the extra mile of work. I had the two figures drawn, but hadn't planned a background. I ended up drawing one in Photoshop.
I started this around the end of fall, and one of the fall events in my area is apple picking. So, Myen and Socks out for a walk, with buckets of apples. I would have added Myen's horse, but I had enough trouble drawing Socks. I'm not that good with horses, and had to use a lot of reference art.
Socks didn't have many reference pictures, besides that he was half-centaur/half-horse, so looked like a centaur with a horse-anthro torso, rather than a human-torso. So, I had to improvise -- I never know how 'anthro' to go. Also didn't know if he lost the metal slave collar once Myen freed him (or if they couldn't get it off), or what clothing (if any) he wore.
