Someone once asked Amelia 'Why white magic?' Even if Seyruun was the best place to learn it, most Champions of Justice knew only enough to get by. It was useful, but it wasn't something that could punish villains.
She handed a book to Zelgadis. "I found it when the librarians at the temple were going through some donated books. I read it -- I think it looks promising, Mister Zelgadis. Very promising."
She watched him grace her with one of his rare smiles and thank her, and wanted to tell that someone that that was why she studied white magic.
